Beef – we dry-age our beef for 21 days, resulting in superior flavor and texture.  Please allow 6 weeks for finished product.

Pork – please allow 4 weeks for finished product.

Lamb/Goat – please allow 4 weeks for finished product.

We also work with:

  • Chicken and Turkey: cut and smoking only
  • Venison
  • Other wild game, from small birds to bear.  Prices and lead times vary.
